Piazza di Siena

This square was designed by the architects Mario and Antonio Asprucci in 1792 and was inspired to Piazza del Campo in Siena, city where the Borghese family originated.

In Piazza di Siena often took place concerts and special events; yearly hosts the Concorso Ippico Internazionale, the worldwide renowned equestrian competition. A lot of people come every year in May to see this exclusive show-jumping event.
